If you like to know how Flashcards works for you, just download the Demo-Package and get started. The Demo-Package includes a csv-file, a media folder and the xlsx-file. You can edit this xlsx-file with Goole Sheets by uploading into your drive, or you open the file direcly in Excel, LibreOffice Calc or a smiliar spreadsheet program.
1. The csv-file
Here you can upload any csv file. Make sure to use a spreadsheet program (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Libre Office Calc, etc.) and export the table as a csv file. Name your columns according to the given example below, see figure 1.0. Term, MediaTerm, Explain, MediaExplain and Source. If you do not have a content for each column, just leave it empty.

You can use the markdown syntax within the "Term"-column" and the Explain"-column in order to make
your
notes
look more accurate.
Please make sure to use hard line breaks after every markdown element, see figure 1.1. For Windows you can use STRG +
Enter, for
Mac you can use

Now you can export your file as a csv-file.

2. Load csv-file and media folder
After you've downloaded your csv-file you can search for it by clickiing load file see figure 2.0

You can add pictures to your cards as well. Therefore, add the name of the pictures and the suffix with in the according cell of your table, see figure 1.0.
Make sure the file name and the picture name are equivalent. Now search for your folder on your computer and upload the pictures.

After selecting your file, click on load list. If your upload was successfull you can will a confirmation in the card window, see figure 2.2.

3. draw and turn cards
The button draw card shows one card after another, see figure 3.0. The current card and the total number of cards are displayed in the battery on the left.

The button turn card turns the card and shows the explaination for the current term, see figure 3.1. The cards are randomly picked and every cards can be picked only once.

After you've completed all cards a success message will appear, see figure 3.2

4. load new csv-file
If you want to start a new round with a new csv.file you can click on empty cards. This button will reset the page, so you can repeat the procedure as described above.
